Eco Friendly Plates

Red & Blue uses Kodak SONORA XP process-free plates, which go directly from platesetter to press without chemical processing. This press-ready technology saves time, eliminates chemical waste, and reduces environmental impact.
Alcohol-free Printing

Red & Blue applies alcohol-free dampening solutions to maintain precise water–ink balance and excellent ink transfer. Without alcohol, it avoids harm to people and equipment, and reduces water loss caused by evaporation—achieving both safety and resource savings.
Going Solar

Solar power is one of the most promising solutions for reducing CO₂ emissions. Since 2023, Red & Blue has installed 634 solar panels on the roof of its Yangmei plant, generating 253,400 kWh of clean electricity each year—equivalent to cutting 140 tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually.

Red & Blue has been certified by the Forest Stewardship Council since 2010. We believe that responsible forestry is essential to sustainability. By ensuring paper sources comply with its standards, Red & Blue allows customers to print with confidence and contribute to forest conservation.
Soy Ink

Red & Blue uses soy ink to replace traditional petroleum-based inks. Soy ink is more eco-friendly and delivers brighter colors. Through its long-term partnership with DIC (Dainippon Ink and Chemical Corporation), Red & Blue continues to apply high-quality sustainable inks in all printing production.
